AviGreens^tm super food mix. Contains all five of the "Green Super Food" supplements in an easy to feed powder form, including Wheat Grass, Barley Grass, Alfalfa Grass, Spirulina and Chlorella. The grass supplements are dried juice that has been cold pressed from young plants to preserve maxium nutrition. The Spirulina and Chlorella are plants grown on aquatic farms and preserved in dried powder form.

Wheat grass juice provides vitamins and minerals, amino acids and Zeaxanthin, which has been shown in Harvard Medical School studies to protect eyes from sunlight.
